Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
Do you write reviews of products and services?
If you have a unique product or service that you believe would be of interest to the readers of this blog, please feel free to get in touch via email at the address above. Please note that I post reviews on this blog only when I can say something positive. I accept product, but not compensation, for reviews. I host giveaways very infrequently and do not consider the offer of a giveaway an incentive to review a product.
Do you accept advertising?
If you sell a unique product or service that you believe would be of interest to readers of this blog, feel free to get in touch via email at the address above. I sell space for sidebar ads only.
Do you accept guest posts?
I welcome guest posts written by women for the On Her Way series about women in transition. (What does in transition mean? If you’ve made a change in your life–or if you’re in the process of making that change right now–you’re in transition.) Please send me a pitch via email at the address above if you have a story you can tell in 1,000 words or less. I do not accept guest posts in any other category.
Do you work with sponsors?
If you’d like to sponsor me to attend a conference or event that your brand is hosting or supporting, or if you’re interested in promoting couples travel via this blog, I’d be happy to discuss the various ways in which we can work together. Please send me an email at the address above to initiate a conversation.
Are you available for speaking engagements?
If you’re interested in the subject matter of this blog and would like to invite me to speak to your group (large or small), I’m happy to provide a copy of my fee schedule. Some of the topics I can cover include time management, solo travel, dealing with low self-esteem, self-care, parenting adult children, and anything related to the field of writing. I have experience speaking to college classrooms, faculty assemblies, women’s groups, church groups, reading groups, and at national conferences. Send me an email and let’s start the conversation.
